1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Emacron AI website and services provided by Emacron Technologies LLP ("Company").

2. Services

Emacron AI provides AI transformation services including:

  • AI Agent Deployment (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise packages)
  • Post-launch support (included in each package)

3. Engagement Process

  1. Discovery call to understand your requirements
  2. Formal proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing
  3. Signed agreement before work begins
  4. Payment as per agreed milestones (typically 40/30/30)

4. Payment Terms

  • Prices are in the currency agreed in your proposal and exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue
  • Payment structure: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% at go-live

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the AI agents and configurations deployed for their business. The underlying frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools remain the property of Emacron Technologies LLP.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. Data is isolated per client and never shared with third parties except as needed to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as per the specific agreement terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
